การสอบทรินิตี้คอลเลจลอนดอนในประเทศไทย ซึ่งดำเนินการผ่านบริษัท เอดูโพรเกรส จำกัด เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและระเบียบการดำเนินงานของทรินิตี้คอลเลจลอนดอน โดยศูนย์สอบทำหน้าที่เผยแพร่หลักสูตร ซึ่งเปิดกว้างสู่สาธารณะโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย และอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดสอบให้แก่โรงเรียน สถาบัน และผู้สอบทั่วไป
ตามหลักสิทธิมนุษยชนสากล ศูนย์สอบมุ่งมั่นจะให้บริการโดยผู้สอบและผู้เกี่ยวข้องอย่างยุติธรรมและเท่าเทียม โดยไม่แบ่งแยก เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา เพศ อายุ อาชีพ สถานะทางเศรษฐกิจ หรือสังคม หรือ สุขภาพ โดยมีเป้าหมายการดำเนินงานดังนี้
- เผยแพร่หลักสูตรของทรินิตี้คอลเลจลอนดอน ซึ่งเป็นหลักสูตรสาธารณะ ที่บุคคลทั่วไปและสถาบันการศึกษาสามารถนำไปอ้างอิงในการดำเนินการจัดการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างอิสระและไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
- ดำเนินการให้บริการการสอบที่เป็นธรรม โปร่งใส เป็นกลาง ตามมาตรฐานข้อกำหนดของทรินิตี้คอลเลจลอนดอน สหราชอาณาจักร ให้แก่บุคคลทั่วไป ด้วยหลักการการวัดระดับตามมาตรฐานสากล โดยปราศจากข้อจำกัดหรือการกีดกันด้านวุฒิของครูผู้สอน ชื่อหรือเครื่องหมายการค้าของสถาบันการศึกษาต่าง ๆ บุคคลทั่วไปสามารถทำการสมัครเพื่อทดสอบวัดระดับได้โดยตรงผ่านศูนย์สอบกลางโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องสมัครผ่านผู้สอนหรือสถาบัน

- ส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอนดนตรีและการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมทางดนตรี การรณรงค์ สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และหลักสูตรอบรมที่ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับดนตรี
- วางตัวเป็นกลางและดำเนินงานในฐานะที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการให้แก่สถาบันทางดนตรีต่าง ๆ ในขอบเขตที่เป็นไปได้
อย่างไรก็ตาม เพื่อเป็นการปกป้องสิทธิ์ของเจ้าหน้าที่และผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย ศูนย์สอบสงวนสิทธิ์งดให้บริการแก่ บุคคล กลุ่มบุคคล ตัวแทนสถาบัน หรือสถาบันที่เข้าข่ายกรณีต่อไปนี้
- ใช้วาจาหรือกิริยาไม่สุภาพ หรือมีพฤติกรรมข่มขู่ ดูหมิ่น หรือก้าวร้าวต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ อาจารย์ผู้สอบ หรือผู้อื่นที่อยู่ในบริเวณศูนย์สอบหรือสถานที่ที่ศูนย์สอบมีการดำเนินการ หรือมีพฤติกรรมที่เข้าลักษณะขัดขวางการดำเนินการมาตรฐานของศูนย์สอบ อาทิ ไม่ยินยอมออกจากบริเวณต้องห้ามเมื่อได้รับคำเตือนจากเจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าไปในห้องสอบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และกรณีอื่น ๆ
- มีประวัติการทุจริตเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศูนย์สอบและการสอบ อาทิ การรับจ้างสอบ การแอบบันทึกเสียงในห้องสอบ การแอบอ้างว่าเป็นตัวแทนศูนย์สอบ หรือกรณีอื่น ๆ ที่ส่งผลเสียต่อการดำเนินการของศูนย์สอบ
- มีเจตนาละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์สิ่งพิมพ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอบ
- มีความประพฤติไม่เหมาะสมแก่การเป็นตัวอย่างอันดีแก่เยาวชนในบริเวณศูนย์สอบหรือสถานที่ที่ศูนย์สอบมีการดำเนินการ อาทิ แต่งกายไม่สุภาพ มีอาการมึนเมาจากเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เป็นต้น
- มีแนวโน้มที่จะทำให้เกิดอันตรายต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ อาจารย์ผู้สอบ หรือผู้อื่นที่อยู่ในบริเวณศูนย์สอบหรือสถานที่ที่ศูนย์สอบมีการดำเนินการ
ในกรณีดังกล่าว ทางศูนย์สอบมีมาตรการการดำเนินการดังต่อไปนี้
- เจ้าหน้าที่ชี้แจงกฎข้อบังคับด้วยวาจา และอาจมีการร้องเรียนไปยังฝ่ายรักษาความปลอดภัยของศูนย์สอบหรือสถานที่ที่ศูนย์สอบมีการดำเนินการเพื่อเชิญให้บุคคล กลุ่มบุคคล หรือตัวแทนสถาบัน ออกนอกพื้นที่ศูนย์สอบ
- ในกรณีเกิดเหตุการณ์ที่ส่งผลเสียต่อความยุติธรรมและโปร่งใสของการสอบวัดระดับ ทางศูนย์จะดำเนินการจัดทำหนังสือชี้แจงเหตุการณ์ไปยังทรินิตี้คอลเลจลอนดอน สหราชอาณาจักร ทั้งนี้ การพิจารณาผลสอบ รวมถึงการพิจารณาให้ผลสอบเป็นโมฆะ เป็นอำนาจการตัดสินใจของทรินิตี้คอลเลจลอนดอนแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
- ทางศูนย์สงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธไม่ให้บริการแก่บุคคล กลุ่มบุคคล ตัวแทนสถาบัน หรือสถาบันที่มีความประพฤติไม่เหมาะสมในข้างต้น โดยจะงดการติดต่อผ่านทุกช่องทาง รวมทั้งปฏิเสธการรับสมัครสอบผ่านบุคคล กลุ่มบุคคล ตัวแทนสถาบัน หรือสถาบันเหล่านี้
Trinity College London examinations in Thailand, provided through Eduprogress Co., Ltd., follow the operating standards and regulations of Trinity College London. The Centre works to promote the syllabuses, which are freely available to the public, and to facilitate examinations for schools, institutions and individual candidates.
The Centre is committed to serving all candidates and related parties fairly and equally, without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, occupation, economic or social status, or health. The Centre's aims are to:
- Promote awareness of Trinity College London syllabuses, which are publicly available and may be freely used or adapted by individuals and institutions at no cost.
- Provide fair, transparent and impartial examination services to the public in accordance with the requirements of Trinity College London. Candidates may register directly with the Centre. No affiliation with any particular teacher, school or institution is required, and no teaching qualification or institutional membership is a condition of entry.
- Facilitate visiting examinations at institutions that can provide suitable premises and a sufficient number of candidates as required by Trinity College London. This service is offered at the Centre's discretion.
- Support quality music education and learning through festivals, activities, publications and training courses.
- Remain impartial and, where possible, act as an academic advisor to music institutions.
To protect the rights and safety of staff, examiners and all parties involved, the Centre reserves the right to decline service to any individual, group, institutional representative or institution that:
- Uses impolite, threatening, insulting or aggressive language or behaviour towards Centre staff, examiners or others at an examination venue, or obstructs the Centre's standard operations, for example by refusing to leave a restricted area after being asked by staff, or entering an examination room without permission.
- Has a record of misconduct relating to the Centre or its examinations, such as taking an examination on another person's behalf, making unauthorised recordings in an examination room, or falsely claiming to represent the Centre.
- Intends to infringe the copyright of examination publications.
- Behaves in a manner unsuitable around young learners at an examination venue, for example through indecent dress or intoxication.
- Poses a risk of harm to Centre staff, examiners or others at an examination venue.
In such cases, the Centre may take the following measures:
- Staff will explain the relevant rules verbally, and may request assistance from venue security to escort the person or persons from the premises.
- Where an incident may affect the fairness or integrity of an examination, the Centre will report it to Trinity College London in the United Kingdom. Decisions concerning examination results, including whether a result is declared void, rest solely with Trinity College London.
- The Centre reserves the right to decline further service to those involved, including ceasing contact through all channels and declining examination registrations submitted through them.
